Thank you for choosing PF Printing and Labels Inc. (pfprintinglabels.com). We are committed to delivering your custom printing and label orders safely and efficiently.

Because we specialize in custom-manufactured products, our shipping timeline consists of two parts: Production Time and Transit Time. Please review our shipping practices, costs, and terms below.


1. Production vs. Shipping Time

Please note that shipping times apply only after your order has been produced and packaged.

  • Production/Turnaround Time: Custom label and printing orders typically take 3 to 7 business days to manufacture after your digital artwork proof is approved. Production does not run on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Shipping/Transit Time: This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the package from our Mississauga facility to your destination. Transit times begin once the package leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship domestically within Canada and internationally to the United States and select global destinations.

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We generally cannot ship bulk orders or large printing shipments to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid shipping delays.

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We partner with reliable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Canada Post, to offer multiple shipping tiers:

  • Standard Shipping: Standard road freight (3 to 7 business days transit time depending on location).
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster priority transit (2 to 4 business days transit time).
  • Express/Overnight Shipping: Next-day or 2-day delivery options for urgent printing needs.

Note: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier backlogs, or unexpected customs delays.


4. Local Pickup Option

For customers located near our Mississauga facility, we offer a free local pickup option.

  • How it works: Select “Local Pickup” as your shipping method during checkout.
  • Notification: We will send you an email as soon as your order is printed, packed, and ready.

  • Hours: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID during our regular business hours to pick up your package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s network.


6. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada (such as to the United States):

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: All additional customs clearances, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. PF Printing and Labels Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
  • Customs Delays: Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delivery delays beyond our original transit estimates.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, insufficient address details, or failure to collect the delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items to the corrected address.
  • We cannot issue refunds for orders that are lost or misdelivered due to address entry errors made by the customer.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

We package our custom labels and print materials securely to minimize the risk of transit damage. However, issues can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage by taking clear photos of the outer box and the internal products before contacting us. Report the issue to dawnie@pfprintinglabels.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier depot first. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
